 Garlic is a root crop, only as good as your soil. Our nutrient rich fields provide a complete mineral spectrum created by the unique glacial deposits specific to Georgian Bay. Along with "high allicin", our garlic has an additional 25 vitamins and minerals present. Combining our hiqh quality certified organic garlic with our state of the art, pharmaceutical grade freeze drying facility, we are proud to offer our customers a live whole superfood! Lynn and David Freeman have been farming in Meaford, Ontario since 1986. In 1998, the Freemans started growing garlic, which they processed into a variety of gourmet food seasoning spices. They have created six incredible tasting spices; "Gourmet Scape Powder", "Gourmet Garlic Powder", "Gourmet Scape Seasoning", "Gourmet Garlic Seasoning", "Gourmet Six-Spice" & "Gourmet Five-Spice".
